Sahaja Meditation can help lower Blood Pressure

Studies conducted on hypertensive participants aged 35 to 50 with no previous meditation experience showed that Sahaja Meditation decreases stress, anxiety, depression and hypertension. Doctors measured heart rate and blood pressure amongst many other health indicators in a 3 month period. Participants' diastolic blood pressure dropped from 100 to 80, and the adrenalin flow also decreased.
