Sahaja Meditation techniques use a unique inner energy-based mechanism to detect problems within yourself. When the inner energy flows through the energy centers, it manifests a physical indication (e.g., physical symptoms) of blocks or obstacles in the energy flow path, as well as imbalances in the specific energy center. Self-Improvement happens through Self-Reflection. Paying attention to these indicators tells you that you have a problem that needs to be corrected – whether mental or physical.
